The translation looks wrong or incomplete
Often it is. Real constructed languages are rendered roughly, largely word by word, from published dictionaries, so grammar and idiom are frequently off. That is why every such result carries a quality note. We would rather show you a rough answer with a warning than a polished one we invented.
It says a word is missing
Then no published source we can verify has that word. We do not fill gaps with invented vocabulary, so a missing word stays missing until a real dictionary entry is found and curated. If you know a sourced entry, send it to us with the source and we will look at it.
A language is missing from the installed app
A few languages are licensed on terms incompatible with distribution inside an app store binary, so they are deliberately left out of the installed app while remaining available on the web version. That is a licence obligation we are keeping, not a bug.
Can I use this for a tattoo
Please do not. Nor for an engraving, a legal document, or anything else permanent or official. Ask a human expert in that language's community, who can check grammar and register in a way this app cannot.
The voice sounds wrong
Pronunciation for constructed languages is approximated, and it will not satisfy a fluent speaker. You can use your device's own voice instead of a server voice, which also keeps the phrase on your device.
I lost my saved phrases
Saved phrases live on your device only, so they do not survive deleting the app and do not move to a new device. There is no server copy for us to restore, which is the same decision that keeps what you type off our servers.
